Buddha ka madhyam marg
Ab tak tumhe jeevan mein do hi tarah ki seekh mili hai:
Jo accha lage use apnao, bhogo, uska poora anand lo.
Aur jo bura lage, use daba do, use khatam kar do.
Sahi aur galat kya hai — is par baad mein baat karenge.
Lekin yeh jo seekh tumhe ab tak mili hai,
yeh ekdum galat hai.
Jin logon ne tumhe yeh sikhaya hai,
unhone tumhari psyche ko sabse zyada nuksaan pahunchaya hai.
Kyu?
Kyuki jahan bhi ati hoti hai, wahi ahankaar panapta hai.
Wahi tumhara “main” mazboot hota hai.
Jab tum accha karte ho, lagta hai “maine kiya.”.
Jab tum bura karte ho, tab bhi lagta hai “maine hi kiya.”.
Har cheez tumhare “main” ke ird-gird ghoomti rehti hai.
Isiliye Buddha ka gyaan sabse shreshth hai.
Buddha ne na to dabane ko kaha, na hi bhogne ko.
Unhone sirf ek baat kahi — “Dekho.”
Tumhe jo accha lagta hai, wo uthe — dekho.
Jo bura lagta hai, wo uthe — dekho.
Kuch mat karo — bas dekhte jao.
Madhya mein aa jao.
Kyuki jab tum madhya mein hote ho,
to wahan ahankaar samaapt ho jaata hai.
Koi karne wala nahi bachta.
Bas ek saakshi bachta hai.
